Creating your StoxPlay account
What information is required during registration and how to get started.
Registering for StoxPlay is quick and simple. We collect only the basic details needed to create your account: your name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. No financial documents are required to play.
- Required: Name, email, mobile number, date of birth
- Age must be 18 or above to register
- Mobile OTP verification during sign-up
- Email confirmation sent after registration
- No financial documents required to start playing
- 1Download the StoxPlay Android app
- 2Tap Register and enter your name and email
- 3Enter your mobile number and verify via OTP
- 4Enter your date of birth (must be 18+)
- 5Set a secure password
- 6Tap Create Account — you are ready to play
Updating your profile and personal information
How to change your name, contact details, and account preferences.
You can update most profile information from the app settings. Keep your contact details current for account security and notifications.
- Email and phone can be updated with OTP verification
- Profile photo can be changed anytime
- Notification preferences fully customizable

- 2Select Edit Profile
- 3Update desired fields
- 4Submit OTP for email or phone changes

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA to add an extra security layer to your StoxPlay account.
Two-factor authentication adds a one-time password requirement at login. Strongly recommended for all accounts. Uses your registered mobile number.

- Uses your registered mobile number
- Cannot be bypassed — keep number updated
- Disable only after identity verification
- Critical for account security
- 1Go to Profile → Security Settings
- 2Tap Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- 3Enter your current password to confirm
- 4A test OTP will be sent to your mobile
- 5Enter the OTP to activate 2FA
- 62FA is now active on your account
Managing notification preferences
Customize which alerts you receive and how you receive them.
Control exactly which notifications StoxPlay sends you — contest reminders, result alerts, and promotional offers. Each category can be toggled independently.
- Contest start/end alerts can be toggled
- Security notifications always enabled
- Promotional notifications are optional
- Push and email notifications managed separately
- Quiet hours can be configured
- 1Go to Profile → Notification Settings
- 2Review each notification category
- 3Toggle on or off as preferred
- 4Set push vs email preference per category
- 5Configure quiet hours if needed
- 6Save your preferences
