Market Data & Accuracy
- Stock price data is sourced from official market feeds. Minor discrepancies may occur due to data transmission delays.
- Leaderboard rankings are updated based on delayed stock prices, not real-time market data.
- StoxPlay is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party market data that may affect contest scoring.
- In case of data discrepancies materially affecting results, StoxPlay may void the affected contest and refund entries.

Legal Jurisdiction & Compliance
- StoxPlay complies with applicable Indian gaming laws and regulations.
- Users from restricted states are not eligible to participate per state law.
- StoxPlay reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction where such gaming is deemed illegal.
- This disclaimer is governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
