Gaming should be enjoyable. If you're feeling stressed, angry, or desperate — that's a signal to stop.

Share your gaming activity with family. If loved ones express concern, take it seriously and listen.

Set limits on how much you spend on contest entry fees per week. Limits take effect within 24 hours.

Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — no questions asked.

Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for 12 months minimum.
