Rules of the Game
By using StoxPlay, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Last updated: January 1, 2025.
Section 01
Eligibility & Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate on StoxPlay.
- Residents of certain states may not be eligible due to state gaming regulations.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. False information will result in account termination.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts using the same identity or device are prohibited.
- Required registration details: Name, email, mobile number, and date of birth.
Section 02
Nature of the Platform
- StoxPlay is a skill-based fantasy gaming platform. This is NOT real stock trading or investment.
- All gameplay uses virtual portfolios. No real securities are bought or sold on your behalf.
- Stock performance data is used for scoring purposes only — it does not represent investment recommendations.
- StoxPlay is a game of skill where success depends on market knowledge, research, and strategic decision-making.
- StoxPlay does not provide financial advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as investment guidance.
Section 03
Contest Rules & Gameplay
- Each team consists of exactly 11 stocks within a 100-credit budget. Each stock has a credit value that counts toward the team total.
- You must designate one Captain (2× multiplier) and one Vice-Captain (1.5×). The remaining 9 stocks earn regular points.
- Teams must be finalized before the contest start time. No changes are permitted after the contest begins.
- Points are calculated as: % Price Change × 10 = Fantasy Points per stock.
- In case of a tie in final scores, the prize is split equally among tied players.
- StoxPlay reserves the right to cancel contests in case of technical failures or insufficient participants. Full entry fees will be refunded.
- Use of bots, automated tools, or any unfair means is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
Section 04
User Conduct & Community Standards
- Users must not collude, share teams, or engage in any form of match-fixing or coordinated manipulation.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threats toward other players or staff is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Creating fake reviews, manipulating app ratings, or spreading misinformation about StoxPlay is prohibited.
- Sharing your account credentials with others is a violation of these terms.
- StoxPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.
Section 05
Intellectual Property & Legal
- The StoxPlay name, logo, app design, and all content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from StoxPlay content without written permission.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
- StoxPlay's liability is limited to the amount of contest entry fee paid for the specific contest in dispute.
- These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
